Disclosures & Compliance FAQ
Last updated: June 30, 2026
This page explains what our disclaimers mean, why results vary, and how we stay compliant with consumer-protection and privacy regulations. If you have a specific legal or data request, visit our Contact / Data Requests page.
What does the disclaimer mean?
Our Disclaimer means that everything on this site — including the webinar, guides, and any paid program — is educational and informational. It is not a substitute for individual therapy, medical advice, or crisis care. Reading or watching our content does not create a therapist-client relationship with Stephanie Mintz, LMFT.
Will I get the same results shown in testimonials?
No. Testimonials and case examples reflect real experiences from individuals who engaged deeply with the material, but they are not typical or guaranteed. Relationship outcomes depend on many factors outside anyone's control: individual effort, the participation of partners, life circumstances, timing, and willingness to apply the strategies consistently.
Why do results vary?
Results vary because every relationship is different. Variables include communication history, commitment levels, external stressors, co-existing mental-health conditions, and how both partners respond to the framework. We provide proven strategies and support, but we cannot control how they are implemented or the actions of others.
Is this therapy or coaching?
This is a coaching and educational program. While Stephanie Mintz is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), the webinar, videos, programs, and consultations are delivered by Strategic Relationship Consulting DBA Stephanie Mintz in a strategic-consulting and coaching capacity. They are not provided through Stephanie Mintz's LMFT license, do not constitute clinical therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment, and do not create a therapist-client relationship. If you need clinical care, we encourage you to seek a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.
What are my privacy rights?
We collect only the data needed to deliver the webinar, send reminders, and process applications. You can review exactly what we collect, how we use it, and your rights to access, correct, or delete your data in our Privacy Policy. For requests, visit Contact / Data Requests.
What are the Terms of Service?
Our Terms of Service outline the rules for using this website, registering for the webinar, submitting an application, and participating in any program. They include intellectual-property protections, limitations of liability, and governing-law provisions.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund and cancellation terms are governed by the specific program agreement you accept at checkout. General terms are described in our Terms of Service. If you are unsure which terms apply to your purchase, email support@stephaniemintz.com.
What if I am in a crisis?
This site is not appropriate for emergencies. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, call 911 (U.S.) or your local emergency number. You can also call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (U.S.). For domestic violence support, contact the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233.
